Zsuzsanna has a BA in English Language and Literature, CELTA, and MEd in TESL (UBC). Zsuzsanna has lived, worked, and studies in Serbia, the United States, Portugal and Canada. She has found immersive experiences to be effective in her own language learning journey and she hopes to offer her students a similar experience.She has been teaching english as a second language since 2013.

Farid has a MEd in TESL from UBC and a BA in Linguistics from SFU. He has taught in the Langara LEAP and LEPP programs for 8 years and before that taught TEFL in Iran for 10 years. Farid teaches ESL because it provides him with the opportunity to share with his classes his own experiences of learning English as a second language.“Taking (and teaching) courses in LEPP is a learning opportunity. Karen Segal has a BA from the University of Manitoba and a TESOL Certificate from the University of British Columbia. She has been teaching English language as a Second Language for 20 years and has been teaching at Langara for seven years. She uses a communicative, highly interactive approach in her classes.
Claudia has a PhD in Applied Linguistics, a Master's in Linguistics and a BA in Linguistics. She has extensive years of English teaching and program administration experience at universities overseas. She also worked as Academic Director of a Master's program (TESL division). Claudia does not have "one-size-fits-all" approach but she does believe in creating a supportive language learning environment.
